Resident Volunteers act as both firefighter and medical responders and live at one of the District stations. In exchange for training, experience, and housing, they may participate in our tuition reimbursement program.  See the information below about the tuition reimbursement program.

We will provide you with the training and equipment to make a real difference!  We train our Resident Volunteers to NFPA certification levels including Firefighter I and II, Wildland Firefighter Type I and II, Driver/Operator, and Pumper Operator as well as specialty training in Extrication and Rescue.  We provide access to EMS training and outside training.
