Philomath Fire & Rescue provides rural address posts for residents within our Fire District at no charge (we may charge if you live outside of our Fire District). If you need to request a new address post or a replacement post due to damage or theft of your prior post, please complete the form below.
NOTE: Address posts are not installed during the months of June 15-October 1 (the ground is too hard to properly set the post)

Installation of the address post is subject to the schedule and availability of the fire personnel. If you have a timeframe for installation or are in a hurry for any reason (i.e. waiting on permitting), please note in the "Additional Information" section. The fire personnel may be able to work with you by loaning you the appropriate tools for self-installation of the address post.
