THIS PERMIT APPLICATION IS ONLY FOR PROPERTY OWNERS IN THE PHILOMATH FIRE DISTRICT. ALL OTHERS SHOULD CONTACT THEIR LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENTS. THERE IS NO COST FOR A BURN PERMIT. NOTE THAT AGRICULTURAL BURNING IS VERY SPECIFIC AND LIMITED TO COMMERCIAL ENTERPRISES. PERMITS ARE ONLY VALID IN THE YEAR ISSUED.
IF APPLYING FOR A ONE DAY OPEN BURNING PERMIT PLEASE CHECK ON ALLOWABLE BURN HOURS HERE FIRST.
Upon submitting this application, the Philomath Fire & Rescue personnel will be notified of your intended burn. No outreach will be made to you unless the personnel have concerns with or questions about your planned burning event. Thank you for submitting your Burn Permit.
