NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION

OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT

Notice is hereby given that Philomath Fire & Rescue will have a silent auction of surplus equipment. Bids are due by 5 pm on Friday, August 28th, 2020 and may be sent by mail or email.

Surplus equipment consists of 38 ISI (Avon) Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) packs, 67 SCBA masks, and 89 SCBA bottles. Surplus equipment will be sold as one unit. They are contained in three pallet boxes and awardee is responsible for retrieving their items. Any delivery costs will be the responsibility of the awardee.

All interested parties are invited to evaluate the equipment in person, 1035 Main Street, Philomath, OR 97370.

The successful bidder shall make payment in full to Philomath Fire & Rescue, no later than Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020. Partial payments will not be accepted. If full payment is not received when due, the bid will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
