The Philomath Fire & Rescue Board of Directors will hold Executive Session at 3pm on Monday, January, 11th, 2021. The Board will meet under ORS 192.660(2)(b) and 192.660(8) To consider dismissal or discipline of or complaints against an officer, employee, staff or agent. Immediately following Executive Session, the Board will hold their Regular Session Board Meeting. Items on the agenda include review of the Standards of Coverage and Master Plan documents as well as 1st reading of the Resident Volunteer Policy .
