A public meeting of the Budget Committee of the Philomath Fire & Rescue District, Benton County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, will be held at Philomath Fire & Rescue, 1035 Main Street, Philomath, OR 97370. The meeting will take place on May 14, 2020 at 6:00 pm. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the budget message and to receive comment from the public on the budget. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. To promote physical social separation, the meeting will be held in the Apparatus Bay and we ask that attendees maintain a minimum of six feet of separation from each other. We encourage attendees to wear masks and gloves and will have those resources available for those who do not bring their own. A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 1, 2020 at Philomath Fire & Rescue, 1035 Main Street, Philomath, OR 97370, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
