The Philomath Fire & Rescue Board of Directors will hold Executive Session on Monday, September 9th, 2019 at 4:30 pm, immediately following Regular Session. Both meetings will be held at Philomath Fire & Rescue, 1025 Main Street, Philomath. The meeting will be held under ORS 192.660(2)(b) To consider dismissal or discipline of or complaints against an officer, employee, staff or agent and ORS 192.660(2)(f) To consider information or records that are exempt from disclosure by law, including written advice from the attorney and ORS 192.660(2)(i), 192.660(8) To evaluate the performance of an officer, employee or staff member.
